Yes. You can connect your Phyn Smart Water Assistant to an Amazon Echo device and use Alexa voice commands.
Once you enable the Phyn Device skill in the Amazon Alexa app, you can ask Alexa for water usage and system status updates.
Example Alexa Commands
“Alexa, ask Phyn Device for my water status.”
“Alexa, ask Phyn Device how much water I used today.”
“Alexa, ask Phyn Device how much water I used this month.”
If you have multiple Homes set up in your Phyn account, include the Home name in your command:
“Alexa, ask Phyn Device for my water status at Vacation Home.”
How to Set Up Alexa Integration
Download the latest version of the Phyn app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Open the Phyn app and log in.
Tap Menu.
Tap Settings.
Tap Smart Home Integrations.
Tap Amazon Alexa.
Tap Open Alexa.
If the Amazon Alexa app is not installed, you will be prompted to install it. If it is already installed, the Alexa app will open automatically.
Tap Enable to Use for the Phyn Device skill.
At the Link Account screen, enter your Phyn account username and password.
Tap Submit.
You will see a confirmation message that the Phyn Device skill has been successfully linked.
Your Phyn Smart Water Assistant is now connected and ready to use with your Amazon Echo device.
