Note: if you have already completed pairing and installation of your Phyn Smart Water Assistant and see the error ""Your Phyn device is Offline"", it just means your device lost connectivity to the network and went offline. There is no need to contact Phyn Customer Care. Just follow these steps to get the device back online.

However, if you are in the process of setting up your Phyn Smart Water Assistant, have completed pairing your device to your network and see the following error message at the Installation screen, "Your Phyn device is Offline", you will need to contact Customer Care for assistance: (877) 749-6792. Tell the Phyn Customer Care agent that you are attempting to setup a Phyn Smart Water Assistant device but cannot complete the process.
