If you see the message “Your Phyn device is Offline”, the meaning depends on when it appears.
If Your Device Was Previously Online
If you have already completed installation and your device was working before, this message simply means the device has lost connection to your Wi-Fi network.
There is no need to contact Customer Care.
To resolve the issue:
Restart (power cycle) your Phyn Smart Water Assistant.
Confirm your home Wi-Fi network is connected to the internet.
Restart your modem and/or Wi-Fi router if needed.
In most cases, the device will reconnect within a few minutes.
If it does not reconnect, follow the steps in the Device Offline troubleshooting article in the Help Center.
If You See This Message During Installation
If you are in the middle of setting up your Phyn Smart Water Assistant and see the message “Your Phyn device is Offline” on the installation screen immediately after pairing, you will need assistance to complete setup.
Please contact Phyn Customer Care at 877-749-6792.
Let the agent know that you are attempting to set up your Phyn Smart Water Assistant and are unable to complete the installation due to the offline error.
