To successfully pair and configure your Smart Water Sensor it needs you need to meet the following requirements:
- A dedicated 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network using WPA2-Personal encryption or higher with Broadband Internet connectivity (Wi-Fi signal must be available at the location where the Phyn Plus device is installed)
- An Android smartphone or tablet that is currently supported by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), running the current version of Android and the previous two versions, or an iPhone smartphone that is currently supported by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), or an iOS tablet running the current version of iOS or the previous version with access to cellular data (Note: A standard cellular phone that can receive SMS can be used in conjunction with an Android or iOS Tablet.)
