Your internet connection should be:
Broadband speed such as high-speed DSL, fiber, cable, or satellite
Always on
Available at the location where the Sensor is installed
A stable internet connection ensures your Sensor can:
Send water detection alerts immediately
Report temperature and humidity readings
Keep your device status up to date
Not Supported
Mobile hotspot connections
Mobile hotspot connections are not considered always-on. After a power outage, they typically do not reconnect automatically. This could leave your home unmonitored until the connection is restored.
