Yes, you can customize SMS (text), email, and push notifications in the Phyn app for each Phyn device.
How to access notification settings
Launch the Phyn app.
Tap the Menu icon.
Tap Settings > Account > Device.
Select the device you want to manage.
Tap Notifications.
Notification delivery methods
From the Notifications screen, you can choose how you want to receive alerts:
SMS (text) notifications
Push notifications
Email notifications
Customize alert types and schedules
You can also customize specific alert types, including:
High Base Pressure
Device Offline
Recurring Flow
For each alert type, you can:
Enable or disable the alert
Set quiet hours by selecting a start and end time (for example, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.)
When enabled without time limits, alerts are delivered all day.
Important reminder
Notifications are essential for alerting you to potential plumbing or connectivity issues. Only modify the default notification settings when necessary.
For example, if your home internet is temporarily down and you are receiving multiple Device Offline alerts, you may choose to disable them temporarily. Be sure to re-enable these alerts once your internet connection is restored.
