Yes, you can customize SMS Text and Push notifications in the Phyn app.
You can find the notifications for each device by following these steps:
- Launch the Phyn app
- Tap the Menu icon
- Tap Account > Device > Select Device > Notifications
Here, you can select the types of notifications you wish to receive:
- SMS (text) notifications
- Push notifications
- Email notifications
You can also customize the type of notification alerts you will receive, including:
- High Base Pressure
- Enable / Disable – Once enabled, these are enabled to be received all day
- The default times can be limited by selecting the starting and ending times, i.e. from 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
- Device Offline
- Enable / Disable – Once enabled, these are enabled to be received all day
- The default times can be limited by selecting the starting and ending times, i.e. 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
- Recurring Flow

Notifications are essential for alerting you to potential issues. Once your Internet is working, remember to re-enable the device offline alerts.
