If the error message "Unable to Join the Network" appears when attempting to connect to your Phyn device, follow these steps to resolve.
  1. Locate the Phyn device again under available Wi-Fi devices
  2. Tap on the Phyn again to connect.
Note: It may take 2 times to connect successfully without the error message being displayed.
