How do I update the firmware on my Phyn device?

You can update your Phyn device firmware directly from the Phyn app.

How to update firmware

1. Launch the Phyn app.

2. Tap Menu > Account > Settings > Firmware Update.

3. If your device is not running the latest firmware, the update will start automatically.

4. Allow approximately 5 minutes for the firmware update to complete.

If your device is already on the latest version, you will see the message:

“Your firmware is now up to date”.

• The Phyn device automatically checks for firmware updates every night

• During a firmware update, do not unplug your Phyn device or turn off power
