How do I change the password for my Phyn account?

You can change your Phyn account password whether you remember your current password or not. Follow the appropriate steps below.

If you forgot your current password

1. Launch the Phyn App.

2. Make sure you are logged out.

   • If you are logged in, tap Menu > Settings > Log Out

3. Tap Login.

4. Tap Forgot Password.

5. On the Reset Your Password screen, enter the email address associated with your Phyn account.

6. Tap Next.

7. A 6-digit verification code will be sent based on your account verification status

   • If your mobile number is verified, the code will be sent via SMS

   • If your email is verified and your mobile number is not, the code will be sent via email

   • If both your email and mobile number are unverified, you will not be able to reset your password

8. Enter the 6-digit verification code.

9. Enter your new password.

10. Tap Reset.

11. A confirmation message will appear: “Success! Your password has been reset.”

If you know your current password

1. Launch the Phyn App.

2. Tap Menu > Settings > Account.

3. Tap Password.

4. Enter your current password.

5. Enter your new password.

6. Tap Save.

Your password will be updated immediately.
