To change the password of your Phyn Account login, do the following steps: If you can't remember your current password and wish to change it, follow these steps:

  1. Launch the Phyn App
  2. Ensure that you are logged out.  If you are not logged, out, tap Menu > Settings > Log Out
  3. Tap Login
  4. Tap Forgot Password
  5. At the Reset your Password screen enter the email account associated with your Phyn account.
  6. Tap Next
  7. If your mobile number has been verified an SMS message will be sent to the phone number associated with your Phyn account
  8. If your email has been verified and your mobile number is unverified the code will be sent to your email account
  9. If BOTH the mobile number and the email address are unverified you will not be able to update the Password.
  10. At the Reset your Password screen, enter the 6-digit verification code
  11. Tap in the field below and enter your new password
  12. Tap Reset
  13. "Success!  Your password has been reset" will be displayed

If you  know your current password and wish to change it, follow these steps

  1. Tap Menu > Settings > Account
  2. Tap Password
  3. Enter the current password
  4. Enter the new password
  5. Tap Save
