I am unable to complete the account sign up in the Phyn App. The "Create" button is grayed-out.

If the “Create” button appears dimmed and is not available, this is an indication that you have not completed all required fields. To resolve this, make sure you have entered all required fields, including:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email
• Mobile Number
• Password
• Accept the Terms of Service and Mobile Terms of Service
