What does it mean?
Your Water Sensor has a low battery. When your battery reaches a battery strength of 25% or below, this Alert will be sent.
""Phyn Alert for Sensor: dishwasher at Home 1: Low battery detected today at 02:49 PM PDT.""
What can I do?
Please replace your batteries as soon as possible. Your Water Sensor takes two AA batteries. To open the battery cover, twist it counterclockwise until the dots align.
After you replace the batteries you will receive another message indicating that the low battery issue has been resolved:
""Phyn Alert for Sensor: dishwasher at Home 1: Resolved, battery level is normal.""
If you wish, you can adjust the Water Sensor Battery Life settings to report temperature and humidity less frequently, which will extend the battery life in the future.
How do I view Battery Strength in the Phyn App?
To view Battery Strength in the Phyn App, tap Menu > Phyn Smart Water Sensors.
The Sensor battery icon will display black in color from 100% to 26% power remaining.
Once the battery power remaining is 25% or below, the battery icon will be red in color and you will receive a Low Battery Alert. That is an indication that you should change the batteries.
