If you are unable to pair the Phyn device with either the Google Pixel, Pixel 2 or Pixel 3 device, upgrade to the latest Phyn App to resolve. If you are still unable to pair after upgrading to the latest Phyn App, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Apps & Notifications
  3. App permissions
  4. Storage permissions
  5. Scroll to Phyn
  6. Tap the toggle switch next to Phyn to turn storage permissions ON (By default the permission is turned OFF)
  7. Go to Settings
  8. Apps & Notifications
  9. App permissions
  10. Location permissions
  11. Scroll to Phyn
  12. Tap the toggle switch next to Phyn to turn location permissions ON (By default the permission is turned OFF)
Exit the Settings menu. You should now be able to pair your Phyn device using the Phyn App on your Google Pixel
