No. The LED display on the Phyn Smart Water Assistant is designed to illuminate only during certain actions.
At all other times, the display will appear black. This is normal and helps conserve energy.
There is no setting to keep the LED illuminated continuously.
When the LED Will Illuminate
The LED display will light up during the following actions:
Power Cycle – The screen will display a boot-up animation while the device starts up
Factory Reset – The LED will display reset animations (Only perform a factory reset when instructed by Customer Support)
Pairing Mode – Blue bars will extend outward from the center of the screen
If your device is functioning normally in the app but the LED is not illuminated, there is no cause for concern.
