Should the LED of my Phyn Smart Water Assistant stay illuminated?

The LED of the Phyn Smart Water Assistant is illuminated only during certain actions. At all other times the LED display will have no illumination and appear black in color. This is by design to save electricity. There is no way to adjust LED illumination settings.

Here is a list of actions:

• Power Cycle – The LED screen will display a boot-up display while the device is booting up
• Factory Reset process – Do NOT factory reset the Phyn Smart Water Assistant unless notified to do so by Customer Support – Factory Reset
• Pairing Mode – Blue bars will emanate from the center going out to both sides of the screen
