The water flow animation in the Phyn app appears in the Activity Monitor tab to visually indicate when water is moving through your home’s plumbing system.
When the animation appears
The water flow animation will appear when:
Water is actively being used within your home’s internal plumbing network
Water is turned on after previously being shut off, either manually or through the Phyn app
When the animation does not appear
The water flow animation will not appear when:
There is no water usage within your internal plumbing network
Water has been shut off using the Phyn Plus shutoff valve, either manually or through the app
The app is prompting you to identify an unusual water activity event
