How to turn your water back on
Open the Phyn app.
Tap Menu.
Tap the red Water is Off icon at the bottom of the screen.
Wait for the status to change to Water is On.
How to prevent this in the future
Respond to alerts as soon as you receive them
If the activity is not a leak, open the alert and select Tell Us to identify the source
Providing feedback helps Phyn learn your normal water usage and reduces future alerts
The more feedback you provide, the better Phyn becomes at distinguishing normal water use from real leaks—and the less likely it is to shut off your water unexpectedly.
