If your Phyn Plus previously showed Online but now appears as Offline in the Phyn app, start with a simple restart (power cycle).
Step 1: Restart (power cycle) your Phyn Plus
Unplug the Phyn Plus from the power outlet.
Wait a few seconds, then plug it back in.
After 2–3 minutes, check the Phyn app to see if the device shows Online.
Step 2: Check your internet connection
If the device is still offline:
Make sure your home Wi-Fi is connected to the internet (other devices should be able to browse the web).
Restart your networking equipment:
Modem + separate router: Restart the modem first, then restart the router.
Modem/router combo: Restart the device.
Once everything is back online, check the Phyn app again.
Step 3: Factory reset (if no Wi-Fi changes were made)
⚠️ Only try this if restarting didn’t help and you have not changed your Wi-Fi name (SSID), password, or router.
With the device powered on, locate the blue Action button
(on top or on the side if installed horizontally).Press the button 3 times, then press and hold for 5 seconds, and release.
The LED display will show a reset and reboot sequence.
When complete, the device will enter pairing mode and display a “searching” light pattern.
Step 4: Re-pair the device in the Phyn app
Open the Phyn app.
Tap the Menu icon.
Tap Add Home → Set Up a New Home.
Select Phyn Plus and follow the on-screen pairing steps.
