If you change your Wi-Fi network name (SSID), password, security settings, or router, your Phyn Plus will appear Offline in the Phyn app. You’ll need to reconnect it to your Wi-Fi network.

Before you begin
Make sure your phone is connected to your home Wi-Fi.
Locate the blue button on your Phyn Plus. You’ll press it to enter pairing mode.
Reconnect your Phyn Plus to Wi-Fi
Open the Phyn App.
Tap Menu > Settings > Device > Phyn Plus.
Tap Wi-Fi Settings > Wi-Fi Network.
Follow the on-screen instructions and press the blue button on your Phyn Plus to enter pairing mode.
Connect your phone to the Phyn Plus network
iPhone
Open Settings > Wi-Fi
Select Phyn.Plus.XXX
You may see “Unsecured Network”—this is expected
Android
Open Settings > Wi-Fi
Select Phyn.Plus.XXX
If prompted, tap Keep Wi-Fi Connection
You may see “Internet may not be available”—this is expected
Return to the Phyn App when prompted.
Finish setup in the Phyn app
When Searching for Networks appears, select your home Wi-Fi network.
If the network appears twice, choose the darker (active) option.
Enter your Wi-Fi password (case-sensitive) and tap Connect.
Wait for confirmation messages showing the device has connected and updated.
Tap Okay to complete setup.
Helpful tips
Double-check your Wi-Fi password for capitalization and special characters.
If pairing fails, confirm the device is still in pairing mode and try again.
Temporary disconnections during setup are normal.
