Phyn Smart Water Assistant Requirements

"Phyn Smart Water Assistant works in most homes, but let's make sure it works in yours. Phyn needs:

• A single family home or structure with individual plumbing (main water line and meter)
• Pressure Regulating Valve on the plumbing is recommended to get the best Phyn experience what is this?
• An unswitched electrical outlet under the sink where the device is installed.
• Do it yourself installation: adjustable wrench, screwdriver or drill (optional)
• A dedicated 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network using WPA2-Personal encryption or higher with Broadband Internet connectivity (Wi-Fi signal must be available at the location where the Phyn device is installed)
• An Android smartphone or tablet that is currently supported by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), running the current version of Android or the previous two versions or an iPhone smartphone that is currently supported by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), or an iOS tablet running the current version of iOS and the previous version with access to cellular data (Note: A standard cellular phone that can receive SMS can be used in conjunction with an Android or iOS Tablet.)
