Phyn devices require a secure Wi-Fi connection and do not support the following network types or security profiles:
Open networks (no password)
WPA (any version)
WPA Personal (any version), also called WPA-PSK
WPA / WPA2 Enterprise
WPA2-PSK (TKIP encryption)
Note: WPA2-PSK with AES encryption is supported.WPA2 Enterprise
WPA3 (any version)
Supported Wi-Fi Security
For best results, your router should be configured to:
WPA2-Personal (AES) or
WPA / WPA2-Personal
If you’re unsure which security type your network is using, check your router settings or contact your internet service provider.
